About Timothy Doyle

Tim Doyle is back... and he's pissed.

After not producing much art for the last 2 years,
a serious vocational error and a not-so-serious motorcycle
accident made Doyle realize he's a big fat dummy. Well, now a serious
fire is lit under his ass, and he's back on the horse.

An Austin, TX resident (and home owner... how the hell did that happen?)
Doyle had shown consistently in galleries and eateries for almost 3 years
before taking a large sabbatical from late 2003-2005, during which not much was produced.

From August 2001-August 2003 Doyle self published the monthly Diary Comic/Zine
"Amazing Adult Fantasy" which garnered him several positive reviews and a
disturbing amount of fan mail from prison inmates. 24 issues were published and
most are collected in 6-months-at-a-time books.

Born in 1977 in Claymont, Delaware, Doyle spent his formative years in the shopping
mall known as Plano, Texas before moving to the capital of Texas - Austin - in May of 1999.
Rejecting any queries to describe or explain his art, Doyle replies, "Hey I just paint
'em...you gotta look at 'em. Whatever you decide is probably right."

Doyle is now a full-time employee of the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, a crazy crazy company
that is an artistically nurturing environment, and allows him the headspace to create.

Doyle welcomes any emails, so take a shot... but make it good.
